Dr. Sepideh Hajian, is professor of midwifery department, PhD in reproductive health and master's degree in midwifery education. She has been working as a faculty member in this faculty since 2012. She has educational background in teaching theoretical and practical courses in all three levels of undergraduate, MSc. degree and doctorate in reproductive health during this period, along with conducting research and publishing books and articles related to midwifery from the master's degree until now in domestic and international journals. Obtaining the  award and certificate of appreciation in the specialized doctorate course as a top ranked student (2007), a member of the academic staff selected based on educational standards (2015), obtaining a statue and a certificate of appreciation for the commendable educational product of the educational national festival (2016) in the field of student evaluation, obtaining a certificate of appreciation for Selection of the selected student assessment method (2017), obtaining a statue and certificate of appreciation for the selected university product in the field of student evaluation (2021), obtaining a statue and certificate of appreciation for selecting the best educational department (2023) in the university's educational festival are among the achievements mentioned.
