Holding a meeting with the CEO of Nanda for creation of a network in Iran
An informational meeting was held On December 15th , 2023, at 8AM Eastern Time (US and Canada) via zoom with the presence of the president of Nanda international (Nursing Diagnostics Association of North America) and the coordinators of six other countries requesting the Nanda network.
Dr. Mitra Zandi from Iran was present as a coordinator. In this meeting, which started with the introduction of the members and continued with the explanation of the conditions for the creation of the network by the head of Nanda, Dr. Mitra Zandi explained the purpose of the creation of the network in Iran. This meeting was being held from 4:30 to 6:30 on Friday evening (Iran time), and finally it was decided that the countries requesting the network fill out special forms , specify their goals and send Nanada strategic plans for the coming year to continue the network formation process. It is also worth mentioning that in 2021, for the first time , Dr. Mitra Zandi from Iran who is Associate Professor of medical-surgical Nursing Department developed two new nursing diagnoses in the Nanda International textbook (2023-2021).
